Evan Skill Preview

About Evan:
Evan is a new class added to the MapleSEA servers. It is a separate class unto itself - completely apart from Aran, Cygnus, and Explorers. In this class, you have a familiar who will be your constant companion. The familiar's name is Evan, and thus the name for the class. The Evan class is a magician through and through, and therefore can equip any magician-type equipment.

The Brand new Evan class will not have any job advancement. A new system call the Growth System will be introduced. Growth Stages are achieved by leveling up. At each level up, you and your dragon will become stronger and when you reached a growth stage, you will receive a set of new skills. Skills can be raised by using “Skill Points” (SP) in order to maximize their effectiveness. Three Skill Points are given everytime you level up.

At every growth stages, your Onyx Dragon will become larger and stronger. The Onyx Dragon will evolve from a cute Baby Onyx Dragon form into a fierce adult Onyx Dragon form.

Unlike those previous class, all attacks are done by the Onyx Dragon. When a skill is used, the execution of the skill will be done mainly by the dragon. For Evan class, the Ability Point (AP) added into the stats will be for the user and the dragon. Supportive skills are used on yourself and your dragon or your party for a certain duration. Passive skills will apply the bonus to the user and the dragon.

This equipment isn't just for you, though. You also gain access to a new window where you can put equipment on your familiar:

Skill Name: Dragon Soul
Description: The Soul of the Dragon is strengthened to improve magic attack.

Lv. 1 : +1 Magic Attack
Lv. 10 : +10 Magic Attack
Lv. 20 : +20 Magic Attack

Skill Name: Magic Missile
Description: Use MP to attack an enemy in the distance twice.

Lv. 1 : -10 MP; Base Damage: 11; 15% Mastery
Lv. 10 : -14 MP; Base Damage: 25; 35% Mastery
Lv. 20 : -18 MP; Base Damage: 40; 60% Mastery

Evan 2nd Master (Lv20)

Skill Name: Fire Circle
Description: Use MP to attack multiple enemies with a fire element.

Lv. 1 : -12 MP; Base Damage: 26; 15% Mastery; Attacks 3 enemies
Lv. 10 : -16 MP; Base Damage: 35; 35% Mastery; Attacks 3 enemies
Lv. 20 : -20 MP; Base Damage: 45; 60% Mastery; Attacks 4 enemies

Skill Name: Teleport
Description: Use the arrow keys to teleport to other places in the same map on a set distance.

Lv. 1 : -34 MP; 131 Distance
Lv. 10 : -25 MP; 140 Distance
Lv. 20 : -15 MP; 150 Distance

Evan 3rd Master (Lv30)

Skill Name: Lightning Bolt
Description: Inflict strong damage to an enemy by generating lightning.

Lv. 1 : -16 MP; Base Damage: 84; 15% Mastery
Lv. 10 : -20 MP; Base Damage: 120; 35% Mastery
Lv. 20 : -24 MP; Base Damage: 160; 60% Mastery

Skill Name: Magic Guard
Description: Temporarily replaces damage with MP instead of HP. If MP reaches 0, the HP takes a full hit.

Lv. 1 : -6 MP; Replaces 13% of HP damage as MP for 110 seconds
Lv. 10 : -14 MP; Replaces 40% of HP damage as MP for 200 seconds
Lv. 20 : -22 MP; Replaces 70% of HP damage as MP for 300 seconds

Evan 4th Master (Lv40)

Skill Name: Ice Breath
Description: For a duration of time, charge chill air to attack up to 6 enemies. Damage increases as the attack is charged longer.

Lv. 1 : -14 MP; Maximum of 332% damage; 15% Mastery; 33% probability of freezing
Lv. 10 : -18 MP; Maximum of 350% damage; 35% Mastery; 60% probability of freezing
Lv. 20 : -24 MP; Maximum of 360% damage; 60% Mastery; 90% probability of freezing

Description: For a duration of time, resets the element of spells to neutral.

Description: Improve magic damage and attack speed
Lv. 1 : Magic skill, 14% increase in speed, 1
Lv. 10 : Magic skill, 50% increase in speed, 10

Evan 5th Master (Lv50)

Skill Name: Slow
Description: For a duration of time, reduce the speed of an enemy with a certain probability.

Lv. 1 : -20 MP; 60 seconds; 24% Probability to slow down the movement speed of the enemy by -22 for 4 seconds.
Lv. 10 : -40 MP; 150 seconds; 60% Probability to slow down the movement speed of the enemy by -40 for 12 seconds.

Skill Name: Magic Flare
Description: Light created from a magic square will surround an enemy and attack.

Lv. 1 : -18 MP; Base Damage: 154; 15% Mastery
Lv. 10 : -24 MP; Base Damage: 190; 35% Mastery
Lv. 20: -30 MP; Base Damage: 230; 60% Mastery

Skill Name: Magic Shield
Description: Creates a shield that absorbs certain amount of damage for 20 seconds. Cooldown time: 40 seconds.

Lv. 1 : -20 MP; 12% Damage absorbed
Lv. 10 : -40 MP; 30% Damage absorbed

Evan 6th Master (Lv60)

Skill Name: Critical Magic
Description: At a certain probability, critical damage is inflicted for magic attack. Magic Critical's probability doubled at all levels.

Lv. 1 : 11% probability to deal 144% critical damage
Lv. 5 : 20% probability to deal 180% critical damage
Lv. 15 : 25% probability to deal 200% critical damage

Skill Name: Dragon Thrust
Description: Dragon attacks up to 6 enemies by pushing them forward.

Lv. 1 : -18 MP; Base Damage: 66; 15% Mastery; 38% Knockback probability
Lv. 10 : -26 MP; Base Damage: 75; 35% Mastery; 65% Knockback probability
Lv. 20 : -34 MP; Base Damage: 85; 60% Mastery; 95% Knockback probability

Skill Name: Magic Booster
Description: Use MP to improve the speed of your magic attack.

Lv. 1 : -78 MP; Increases Magic Attack speed by 1 for 110 seconds
Lv. 10 : -60 MP; Increases Magic Attack speed by 2 for 200 seconds
Lv. 15 : -50 MP; Increases Magic Attack speed by 3 for 300 seconds

Skill Name: Blink Dragon
Description: Teleport to a random location on the map. As the skill level rises MP consumption is decreased and the cooldown.
Lv 1 : -165MP: teleport to a random location within the map; 27 seconds cooldown
Lv 10 : -30MP: teleport to a random location within the map; 0 seconds cooldown

Evan 7th Master (Lv80)

Skill Name: Magic Amplification
Description: Increases magic attack by using MP.

Lv. 1 : When consumed more than 110% MP, the Magic Attack damage will increase by 111%
Lv. 10 : When consumed more than 155% MP, the Magic Attack damage will increase by 120%
Lv. 15 : When consumed more than 180% MP, the Magic Attack damage will increase by 125%

Skill Name: Fire Breath
Description: By charging flames for a duration of time, you can attack up to 6 enemies. Damage increases as the flame is charged up for a longer time.

Lv. 1 : -16 MP; Base Damage: 224; 15% Mastery; Stun probability of 11%
Lv. 10 : -22 MP; Base Damage: 260; 35% Mastery; Stun probability of 20%
Lv. 20 : -28 MP; Base Damage: 300; 60% Mastery; Stun probability of 30%

Skill Name: Dragon Sparking
Description: Attack with a chance to add skill damage is applied and used.

Lv. 1 : 105% damage 4% chance of using the Dragon Sparking
lv. 10 : 150% damage 40% chance of using the Dragon Sparking

Skill Name: Killer Wings
Description: Attack an enemy in the distance. After this, every attack is focused on the enemy.

Lv. 1 : -MP 25, 384% damage, 4 seconds 54% of the continuous damage
Lv. 10 : -MP 35, 420% damage, 6 seconds 90% of the continuous damage

Skill Name: Magic Resistance
Description: Cast a buff that gives resistance to all magic attacks from enemies to party members for a duration of time.

Lv. 1 : -12 MP; For 60 seconds increases 2% resistance to magic attacks
Lv. 5 : -24 MP; For 100 seconds increases 10% resistance to magic attacks
Lv. 10 : -36 MP; For 150 seconds increases 20% resistance to magic attacks

Skill Name: Dragon Fury
Description: When MP is maintained in a specific range, Dragon’s concentration gets stronger and magic attack increases. If MP goes out of the range, the effect will disappear.

Lv. 1 : Adds 101% Magic Attack when there is more than 50% MP or less than 62% MP
Lv. 5 : Adds 105% Magic Attack when there is more than 70% MP or less than 105% MP
Lv. 10 : Adds 110% Magic Attack when there is more than 80% MP or less than 110% MP

Skill Name: Sizing of Onyx
Description: Cast a buff that increases physical defense, magic defense and attack for 1 minute. Cooldown time: 3 minutes

Lv. 1 : -40 MP; 85 seconds 1% chance to dodge
Lv. 10 : -50 MP; 130 seconds 10% chance to dodge
Lv. 20 : -70 MP; 180 seconds 20% chance to dodge

Skill Name: Earthquake
Description: Attack surrounding enemies that are near by using the vibration of the ground.

Lv. 1 : -19 MP; Base Damage: 683; 15% Mastery; Attacks 5 enemies
Lv. 10 : -25 MP; Base Damage: 710; 35% Mastery; Attacks 6 enemies
Lv. 20 : -31 MP; Base Damage: 740; 60% Mastery; Attacks 8 enemies

Skill Name: Phantom Imprint
Description: Create a magic square that curses a monster. The cursed monster takes more damage for 5 seconds.

Description: Create an aura around you that makes party members recover MP for 30 seconds. Cooldown time: 1 minute

Lv. 10 : -30 MP; Restores 40% MP; Cooldown of 1 minute
Lv. 15 : -34 MP; Restores 55% MP; Cooldown of 1 minute

Skill Name: Maple Warrior
Description: For a duration of time, increases the stats of all party members by a certain percentage.

Lv. 1 : -10 MP; +1% Base Stats for 30 seconds
Lv. 10 : -20 MP; +5% Base Stats for 300 seconds
Lv. 20 : -40 MP; +10% Base Stats for 600 seconds
Lv. 30 : -60 MP; +15% Base Stats for 900 seconds

Skill Name: Magic Mastery
Description: Increases magic mastery and magic attack.

Lv. 1 : Magic Attack mastery 65%
Lv. 10 : Magic Attack mastery 70%; +5 Magic Attack

Description: Dragon’s clone attacks an enemy 4 times.

Description: Cast a wheel-shaped fireball that attacks up to 6 monsters with a fire element.

Description: In the attack for some time that the state will not hold back, attack the enemy body becomes possible (Skill same as Stance).

Lv. 10 : -MP 50; 170 seconds 60% chance will not knockback; 80% damage to the body when damaged

Skill Name: Blessing of Onyx
Description: Onyx with the blessings of their physical defense, magical defense, and increases horsepower.

Skill Name: Blaze
Description: By using a strong flame, attack an enemy with a fire element. If enemies are nearby, extra damage is inflicted. Like Chain Lightning I"m betting this is bounce damage reduction. So 100%, 90%, 80%... or also 100%, 90%, 81%, 72.9%, etc. Not sure which it is.
