[Update] Game Client Patch and Server Maintenance on 23/02/2011 Hoblinking


Dear Maplers,


Please be informed that we will be having a Game Client Patch to v1.01 and Cash Shop update on 23rd February 2011 from 0700hrs to 1600hrs (+8GMT)

Game Service will be down during this period of time. Please logout before this period of time to prevent any game disruption.

For more information about v1.01 patch, please refer to the patch notes.

We advise maplers to start downloading the provided manual patches earlier to avoid downloading congestion during or after the patch.
Please kindly refer our Download Page for the latest version on client downloading.

Note:
Please kindly take note to only start doing the manual patching after 23rd February 2011, 0700hrs (+8 GMT) so as not to interrupt your game play before the Game Client Patch.

Instructions

1. After downloading the manual patch file, double-click on the patcher -> Select the folder where the game is installed.
2. For most users, the default folder is c:\program files\wizet\maplestory.
3. *If you receive an error (canvas.dll is corrupt), please download the new client.
4. *If you receive an error (maplestory.exe not found), please select the correct folder.

Dear Maplers,

Please be informed that Server Maintenance will take longer than expected as we are currently doing some server upgrading works to enhance latency issues encountered by Maplers in the past.

- Server Maintenance will be extended to 1800hrs (+8 GMT). Thank you for your understanding and patience.
