Hello all, I'm new here. Ever since I follow the guide on doing hotspot. I try pressing the play button at the website they say my account is lock so I try to retrieve it,it say that you need to refresh I try couple of times till no avail. Can help me do this problem? I can play at GMS since phantom was release and other time was at rising patch still can't go in.Thx for reading this.

Sometimes, the refreshing is just an error. It may work. Try it and see. And I do not login from launcher. It do not work for me. I normally play it through the play button

Really? I don't know about that but I did try refreshing it it still have the same problem is it because of the Internet connection? Even so I restarted hotspot and the result is the same. Trying to renew my account always have this problem.

The GMS Account lock always give me a lot of problems and this problem given to me was cause I had forgotten my password. So, I remade the account with an ID and PW I had to remember since I am a secondary student with a lot of things to remember.

Well I remember my account but when I put my email and password they say I need to reactivate my account again it always the same thing when I log on hotspot.

I face that too but i dont on hotspot shield and update it dont have problem

What do you mean by never on hotspot and update it ? You mean like you never on your hotspot shield and update global maplestory ?
