Hi. I'm sort of new here but I'm a MS player like several other people. I was just wondering if Phantom can use the Legends EXP Potion. Several people say they can and some say they can't. And does anyone have a picture of Phantom in the red 8th anniversary clothing set? It would look awesome on him. xD

You can't use Legend 1+1 EXP Potion on Phantom, it has been confirmed, I tried it before, you cannot transfer the bottle to Phantom it won't allow you and regarding the Phantom with 8th Anniversary Equipments, it is not possible because the event has ended and the 8th Anniversary Equipments are untradeable. You will have to wait for 9th Anniversary =)
