GMS Rise of The Fellowship Update similar to JMS Familiars Update

GMST 1.02 Rise of The Fellowship Update Includes:

• Sidekick
• Life Style Campaign
• Monster Familiar
• Halloween
• Thanksgiving Events

There is a new system called a GM Board which appears over your chat area, and seems to announce some random messages.

Not only that, there is a new system called Sidekicks. If you’re between levels 15 and 120 you can choose a Sidekick who it seems helps you train. You share EXP and also gain a buff providing you with additional stats (Look at the exp gain). The level difference between the two of you cannot be lower than 5, and cannot exceed 30. This is similar to MapleStory Adventurer character summon.




This system is similar to Japan MapleStory as you can see the words are still in Japan. You just catch them from monsters similar to Wild Hunter catch and you can even catch Empress Cygnus if you can defeat her. It is just that a monster than can be summoned to follow you and do certain tasks



You can summon any monster or boss that you catch, example this video below and if you don't know what monster or boss that you catch there is a word on top of the monster or boss that you catch.
There is a very cool thing about when you summon a monster or boss that you catch. As you can see if you summon a Black Knight you will be covered with darkness. Only a few monster or bosses have effect, different monster or boss have different effect.
