What’s New in Big Bang 2 – Rise of the Resistance
New Classes!
Join the Resistance in their struggle for freedom! Join as a Battle Mage or Wild Hunter, by far the most versatile character classes in MapleSEA which will bring an exciting new way to game play and challenge for players looking for their next heroic experience!
One who use his staff to beat back the Black Wings and will be the first into rush into danger, placing himself between his teammates and the forces of darkness! The other is an expert markswoman, will race to the front line of battle on her loyal Jaguar and shoot down her enemies with deadly accuracy!
▶ How to create a Resistance character?
1. Click on Resistance when you are creating a new character. 2. You will be able to create a Citizen which is also known as Resistance’s Beginner Class. 3. Once a Citizen reaches level 10, you can choose your advancement between Wild Hunter and Battle Mage.

▶ Where is Edelstein?
Edelstein is a quiet mining village. The people are prosperous, polite, and peaceful and have a knack for using advance technology, especially robots. Indeed, Edelstein was such a calm place that Explorers and Cygnus Knights haven’t been there in hundreds of years. Yet Edelstein has a dark secret.
Edelstein is where the Black Mage was born.
The Black Wings were able to overtake Edelstein before the Cygnus Knights appeared.
But the Black Wings’ arrogance may yet be their undoing. Deep in the hearts of the down-trodden populace, a flame sparks and the good people of Edelstein to think the unthinkable.
Resistance is formed.
▶ Who are the Resistance?
The Resistance are the rebellion against the Black Wings and they will free their home, no matter the cost. Using new magic and their natural skills, new heroes will join the legends of Maple World to battle the minions of the Black Mage. Hiding as ordinary Edelstein citizens by day, by night a growing legion will band together to overthrow the Black Wings.
The Black Wings grow to resurrect the Black Mage. The Resistance, will fight against them to prevent the resurrection!
Join their forces and fight for Edelstein, a forgotten land which will resurface on 25th May 2011 in MapleSEA!

▶ HOW TO CREATE A RESISTANCE CHARACTER?
1. Click on Resistance when you are creating a new character. 2. You will be able to create a Citizen which is also known as Resistance’s Beginner Class. 3. Once a Citizen reaches level 10, you can choose your advancement between Wild Hunter and Battle Mage.
Free Character Slot for Resistance! • 1 Free Character Slot will be given to all existing maple accounts! • Accounts will maximum of 15 character slots will not get the additional character slot due to limitations.

Cute little Suni is back again and she is asking Maplers to help her out by donating what they can to her. She will show her gratitude by giving away her prized possessions, based on how much has been donated to her, and she does have some really good items!
You may donate 1 meso to 1 billion mesos, once every hour. Of course, the more you donate, the higher the chances to get something really good. We have peeked at what Suni has to give away, and here is what we managed to get a glimpse at. There are plenty more of items we couldn’t see though!
Repeatable every 1 hour. Minimum level to donate is level 30.

We advise maplers to start downloading the provided manual patches earlier to avoid downloading congestion during or after the patch. Please kindly refer our Download Page for the latest version on client downloading.
Manual Patch Note: Please kindly take note to only start doing the manual patching after 25th May 2011, 0600hrs (+8 GMT) so as not to interrupt your game play before the Game Client Patch.
