Here's the information i found on ellinforest forums... on KMST 1.2.353, Dual Blades were unbanned, Resistance and Heroes were unblocked and... they added accuracy formula for warriors affraid

PS, Credits does not go to me, it goes to people who translate and post the original topic!

Here's the description:

MapleStory Client Ver. 1.2.353 was released.
This patch fixes the following issues, have been added.


"Game related"
1. Dual Blade, the hero, the character creation of the resistance occupations are off limits.

2. Dual Blades and Heroes occupations (Aran, Evan) This has been reorganized.

3. Some adventurers, Cygnus Knights of the skill effects have been renovated.

4. Some adventurers, Knights of Cygnus, the resistance has changed the skill performance and effectiveness.

5. Combat formula has been corrected.
- Fixed the armor formula.
- Evasion calculation formula has been corrected.
- Accuracy calculation formula has been corrected.

6. NPC misty harbor lease times for a while to the north through the dual-blade skill mastery of the drums can be purchased.

"Job restructuring related"
1. Dual Blades
[General]
- Dual-Blade Fixed damage calculation.
- Damage formula has changed to fit any skill damage has been readjusted.
- Some of the skill has been fixed for bugs and errors.
- Some degree of skill and master skill levels have been corrected.
- Some skill has been adjusted to the performance and effectiveness.

[New skill]
- Vital Steel (3rd)
- Blade Fury (4th)
- Phantom BJ (4th)
- Sharpness (4th)

[Add / Change Skill]
- Advanced Dark Site (3rd)
- Upper staff (3 rd)
- Final Cut (4th)
- Thorns effects (4th)

[Deleted Skills]
- Sudden Reid (4th)
* Sudden Raid Blade Fury Mastery Mastery book is automatically changed to north.

2. Aran
[General]
- Former City of the order has been modified so that all the skill base pay.
- Some commands require skill combo count was lowered.
- The exercise of skill command Some commands have been changed.
- Some degree of skill and master skill levels have been corrected.
- Most of the damage of the skill has been rescheduled.
- Some skill has been adjusted to the performance and effectiveness.

- Combo Recharge (3rd)
- Keulribing Attack (3rd)
- Combination of Judgement (3rd)
- Swift Moves (4th)

[Add / Change Skill]
- Combo Ability (1st)
- Snow Charge (2nd)
- Rolling spin (3rd)
- Full Swing (3rd)
- Over Swing (4th)

3. Evan
[General]
- All skill casting speed has been raised.
- Some degree of skill and master skill levels have been corrected.
- All skill casting speed by upgrading the skills of the damage has been re-
- Some skill has been adjusted to the performance and effectiveness.

[Add a new skill]
Dragon - Blink (6th)
- Dragon seupaking (7 th)
- Onyx subparagraph (8 th)
- Onyx's commitment (10 th)

[Add / Change Skill]
- Lightning Bolt (3rd)
- Magic Flare (5th)
- Killing Wing (7 th)
- Ghost lettering (8 th)
- Blaze (10 th)

4. Adventurer / Cygnus Knights / Resistance
[General]
- The Ultimate Adventurer's only skill set of the data has been corrected.
- Wizard Skill Damage as a whole series of occupations that have been raised.
- Some adventurers / Cygnus Knights / resistance skills, performance and effectiveness have been adjusted.
- Triple-throw of the damage calculation was changed. (Night Rod, Night Walker)

[Effect Renewal]
- Arrow Rain (Ranger)
- Arrow yireopsyeon (sniper)
- Ultimate host Rafe (Shrine)
- Ice Strike (sseonkol Meiji)

5. Other
- Charge skill (Bang, piercings, etc.) when using the skill of the enemy, was shot cast has been modified so that is not canceled.
- Dark site is not an assassination or a chain of skills to hell if you use the site automatically Dark Fixed skill to cast.
- Soul Master Soul's brand dish skill quests payment has been changed in a quest to pay the driver skill.
Accordingly, the soul master three skills Brandt Dish automatically when the first job will be paid.

"Items related"
1. Orders and consumer items
- Some orders, and consumption of items HP, MP, physical defense, magical defense, myeongjungchi, hoepichi options have been adjusted upward.



Summing it up, DBs are coming back alive, (Ofcourse i have no idea if "changed" means Increased or decreased but by the looks of things on insoya and inven, they ARE better)
Arans have become stronger in general
Evans attack faster
and..... triple throws damage calculation has... changed.. (What the hell did they mean?)

oh, and no more SMs on every channel KSing your character (In KMS). except now, they will probably be replaced with sharks (AKA Strikers lol!)

I'll only list skills that have been majorly changed. the rest have just been changed in attack % and stuff.

I/L Mage

Ice strike now attacks 6 monsters 4 times with damage of 125% each strike.
(used to attack 6 monsters 1 time with a damage of 450%)
"Is this an idea from SM's?"

[color=Blue]Captains[color]
Battleship has NO cooldown anymore (Did this always bother you?)

Dual Blades

DBs have become weaker in terms of %wise in general. But I'm still unsure about the change in weapon attack calculations.
and by weaker i mean A Lot!
but with all these new skills in 4th job, it seems like 4th job is now not just full of "support" skills.
1. Phantom Blow; attacks one monster six times
2. Blade Fury (replaced from Sudden raid); spins quickly to attack monsters around you (attacks 3 times)
3. Sharpness- Its just the current thorns, but instead of it being a party skill, its a passive, permanent increase in critical rate and critical damage.

Changed skills,
1.Chains of hell- at max level, attacks 10 times with 80% damage (Wow weak) but does all critical hits. (WOOOOOOOOOOT!)
2. Final cut- at max level, does 2000% dmg, rises 140% in damage, (used to be 2000% dmg, rises 200% in damage) except the good thing is that the cool down is reduced from 90 seconds to 60...... is that really a good thing at all? :<
3. Thorns - adds weapon attack and a % chance to not get knocked back... but then again, sharpness replaces its original effect. (OMG! THEY COMPLETELY CHANGE THORNS!)

[color=blue]Ultimate Adventurers[color]
your CK skills all attack up to 6 monsters

Knights of Cygnus
BIG change in SMs. LEVEL THEM TO 120 BEFORE THIS PATCH!!!! (Don't worry, MSEA has a lot more time to come lol!)
Soul masters Brandish quest is now changed with Soul driver.
once you advance to soul master, you obtain the skill "brandish" instead of "soul drive"

Thats like the only thing that makes me feel better since i already reached 100 with god like soul driver.
They lose their soul driver for brandish at 3rd job and gets soul driver at level 100.
not only that, but soul driver attacks at 180% dmg to 6 mobs (used to be 250% to 8 mobs)

*Meteor does more damage
*Flame Gear does more damage
*Fire Strike does more damage

*Hurricane does more damage
*Wind Piercing does more damage
*Wind Shot does more damage

*Triple Throw does more damage
*Shadow Partner does more damage

*Energy Buster does more damage
*Shock Wave does more damage
*Fist does more damage
*Shark Wave attacks 6 monsters at max level instead of 7


[color=blue]Arans[color]

EVERY single skill does more % damage. (Don't know if it means Swing skills or ALL skills)
Combo Recharge (new skill)- once you use it, it suddenly gives you a set number of combos
lvl1 : consumes 48%HP,240MP adds 55 combos to the count. 87sec cooldown
max: consumes 10%HP,50MP adds 150 combos to the count. 20sec cooldown

Evans
Dragon Sparking (new skill); its just like final attack

in general %damage has been reduced. but in the patch note, it did mention that it was because the attacking speed has been increased.


Resistance
Battle Mage;

They literally added like 5 more MP to consume on every attack.
They wanted something to change so there you go. you use more MP.


Wild Hunters;

um... you guys became slower while riding your jaguars...


Mechanics;

Few varied changes, i seriously don't understand what was changed tho :< All i get was Metalproto def-200. HMG dmg -5%
