For every 2 character levels, gain 1 [STR/DEX/INT/LUK] depending on which Cygnus Knight you are. There are four of these skills in the data, one for each stat, for each Knight. Dawn Warriors and Thunder Breakers presumably share the STR Elemental Harmony.
