Q: How to you fix the hacker & botter issue in MSEA?
A: We are aware of the hackers and botters, we put in alot of afford to improve the game. You can see the improvement more and more and giving users good game. We are working very hard and try to solve this problem as soon as possible.


Q: How can we work at Nexon?
A: Play MapleStory more hard, come to Korea and call us if you want to work at Nexon.


Q: What if I go to Korea and I don't get the job?
A: We are lacking programmers in Nexon, if you are a programmer we welcome you.


Q: What are your latest plan on MSEA, do you have extra features other then PVP?
A: We are preparing new content for next year first quarter.


Q: There are Jump and Legend, so are you aiming for a older group because last time Maple was cute but now it's getting more and more mature?
A: We have been servicing MapleSEA more then 6 years, users who played MapleStory are now more mature, so we are also follow the users. So we think users playing are growing up so the content will be improved and update also. The new classes release in the future will be cute and mature at the same time.


Q: Rollback happen each and every year and we get nothing, you all just gave us some Cash Items and Event, our lost is much more then you can give back us, Asiasoft developers just check the problem and closed the case, so is there any way to help this rollback situation?
A: Most of the rollback was happen to server patch and hackers attack. We are trying to reduce the crashes we will try hard and best for users who are affected.

Q: MSEA price of items are sold more expensive then GMS and KMS and why Angelic Blessing Ring droppings are so low? Can't they be same as GMS and KMS?
A: When we price some items we need to see which country it is. It is hard to put a price so we will try to make the price reasonable price. We are aware of the items price. We are going to try alot of things to MSEA and we will try to put more items in Cash Shop. Just wait for the updates.


Q: You all said that you will increase the bossing runs drops, but now it is decreasing why?
A: Actually MSEA users are good at hunting monsters expesially bosses. MSEA are the first to defeat the Pink Bean that is why we are decreasing the drop rate of the boss because we need to set the balance all the time. So we are going to take your opinions and take to consideration and increase the drop rate some of the items.


Q: KMS just got hacked millions of users. What if MSEA got hack? How sure are you MSEA will not get hacked?
A: Most of the data leaked are all encrypted don't need to worry, after the incident we examine all the software in MSEA, until now we haven't found out anything suspicious in MSEA and we are trying to fix this problem in KMS.
